About Electro Acoustic Company, Inc!

The Electro Acoustic Company was founded in 1952 by L. Glen Pew when the hearing testing industry was in its infancy. During the next ten years the business grew in proportion to the many improvements made by the manufacturers of audiometric equipment. By 1963 the sales and service of audiometers had become a full-time endeavor for Glen and in March of 1970 a corporation was formed to accommodate the successful operation of this growing business. Currently our staff consists of three capable sales/service technicians, a bookkeeper/office manager and an administrative assistant.

Office Management
Sharon Pew began working for EAC in 1974 on a part-time basis. This beginning escalated into a full-time job running the office from April 1979 until March of 2001. She continues as our office manager and bookkeeper to the present time.

Merridon Beesley joined our staff as an administrative assistant in June 2005. She is effectively assisting with the office management and bookkeeping while providing first-class support to our sales/service technicians.
